I am interested to use Second Life as a vehicle to show off CC licensed art, movies/video, music, spoken word/poetry (anything that can be displayed/streamed/typed in-world) for creators interested in sharing their work...We have been planning monthly events as a "virtual" salon for people living in different parts of the world to communicate and collaborate.

I would like to encourage any feedback about how to include educational programs in our events.  Can we be of use in elementary/middle/high school, university/adult education classrooms?  There are a multitude of online resources, how can we apply them?  Teachers and students are welcome to get involved!
