			Tomo: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are right that the BY-SA section with the incorrect "Applicable License" is the part in (iii). In the BY-NC-SA license, the incorrect "Applicable License" is in the 4th sentence. The requirement intended is that adapters/licensees must keep intact notices that refer to the [original] License applied by the Licensor, not the license chosen by the adapter/licensee (which is the "Applicable License"). I've updated the errata page to the correct parts of 4(b). Let us know if this doesn't clear up the confusion.

			I had another (additional) thought about this. There is a seeming error in a different part of this section.
			*BY-SA 3.0 Unported 4(b) reads: ...If you license the Adaptation under the terms of any of the licenses mentioned in (i), (ii) or (iii) (the "Applicable License"), ... (III) You must keep intact all notices that refer to the Applicable License ... with every copy of the Work as included in the Adaptation You Distribute or Publicly Perform;
			** Here "keep intact all notices that refer to the Applicable License" is slightly confusing. It may be better to say "to this License."
			**BY-SA 3.0 Australia 4.c.iii does not have that strangeness, because it says "to this License"

			So the errata was probably meant to address this part of the license text, I came to think.

			I noticed that the description of the error on that section is not matching with license texts referred to.
			*The description reads, "Some 3.0 BY-SA and BY-NC-SA licenses (all English licenses except Australia 3.0)..."
			*But as I checked, [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode CC-BY-SA 3.0 AU] and [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/au/legalcode CC-BY-NC-SA 3.0 AU] licenses do have the same error, if this is really an error.
			**CC-BY-SA 3.0 AU require a licensee to "include a copy of, or the Uniform Resource Identifier (such as a web link) for, the Applicable Licence with every copy of the Derivative Work You Distribute or publicly perform." (4B.b)
			**CC-BY-NC-SA 3.0 AU has the same language at the same section.
			*In case you wonder, I see substantially the same language for [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/legalcode CC-BY-SA 3.0 US] (" include a copy of, or the Uniform Resource Identifier for, the Applicable License with every copy or phonorecord of each Derivative Work You distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or publicly digitally perform" (4.b.(I))
			*According what is explained in this errata page, referring to "the Applicable License" is wrong, and the reference should be to "this License." Was Australian license changed in the wrong way and bear the same error as other licenses in English?

			I wonder, now I think about this, if the errata is wrong. Referring to "the Applicable License" might be correct.

			The reason is that if a licensee change the license for an adaptation/ derivative work the licensee is distributing, what you want is a copy or URI of the license after the change, not that of the original work's license.
