According to the Venezuelan Copyright Law enacted on August 14th, 1993, and the Regulations of the Copyright Law and the Decision 351 of the Comission of Cartagena Agreement containing the Common Regime over Copyright and Neigboring Rights in our country the «Adaptation» is defined such as «Derivative or Adapted Work». Article N° 2 of the Regulations.
