|Answer=No. Creative Commons does not offer any “educational use only” license terms.   A user of content licensed under any of the CC terms must simply comply with those terms.  For those above, the terms are: give credit to the author (BY), use for only noncommercial purposes (NC), (and, if marked SA (Share Alike), re-license any derivatives in the same manner as the original). 

That said, in the interest of maximizing interoperability, ccLearn recommends that, wherever possible, OER should be released under the most permissive license possible: CC-BY.  We view this as the CC license most suited to the purposes of the OER movement.
